Korean Folk Village - Walking Direction across the Carpark to Korean Folk Village Entrance | KoreaToDo

Myeongdong/Euljiro-1 Station (line 2, exit 6). 118m, 2 mins walk ahead. Take bus# 4101 in front of Stanford Hotel Myeongdong (building next to Ibis Ambassador Myeongdong Hotel & facing Lotte Dept. Store across the road). 45 mins ride. OR
Gangnam Station (line 2/Sinbundang line, exit 5). Upon exit, U-turn and cross the road just behind the station exit to the bus stop at the middle of the road. Take bus# 5001-1. 51 mins ride. OR
Sinnonhyeon Station (line 9/Sinbundang line, exit 7). 226m, 3 mins walk ahead. Take bus# 5001-1. 57 mins ride.

Get off at 한국민속촌•보라효성해링턴•삼정아파트 Korean Folk Village•Bora Hyoseong Harrington• Samjeong Apt. Stop. After alighting from the bus, cross the road to the big car park in front and walk towards Korean Folk Village entrance on your right. 5 mins walk.

For departure from Korean Folk Village, take the same bus #4101/5001-1 across the road from where you alight earlier. (i.e. departing bus stop is on the same side as Korean Folk Village, no road crossing required).

Bus #1560 from Gangnam Station: It is a longer walking distance from alighting bus stop to Korean Folk Village.

Korean Folk Village located on a large 245 acres of land with backdrop of scenic mountains and river. Visitors can experience the daily village life and entertainments during Joseon Dynasty (1392-1897) in a relax and beautiful setting.

Traditional Crafts Experience

Visitors can also experience and purchase traditional craft items at the nine ateliers (blacksmith workshop, earthen ware, bamboo wear, wooden ware, etc). There are also multiple exhibition halls, displaying thousands of cultural artefacts. The village also has its own farm land, grown over 80 trees and farm animals.
