The most well-known cherry blossom festival in Seoul is the Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival (also known as Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival).
It is famous for its 1,886 Korean Cherry trees along the 1.7km Yeouiseo-ro that begin to fully bloom in late March to early April.
Stay till nightfall and view the cherry blossoms lit up with various colored lights.
Other spring flowers in full bloom include azaleas, forsythia, royal azaleas, etc. Explore other activities at Yeouido Hangang Park.
2. Namsan Seoul Tower

The cherry blossom path in Namsan Park is the longest trail of cherry trees anywhere in the city and is spectacular in full bloom.
