Of the 5 stairways, the colourful Piano Stairs (4th Stairs) is the most popular of all and a photo hot spot as well. This stairway leads near to Huinyeoul Coastal Tunnel's entrance.

Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel

Located along Jeoryeong Coastal Walk and at the extreme end of Huinnyeoul Culture Village is Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel

Before Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel was opened to the public in December 2018, residents had to go up the Piano Stairs and came down on the stone Dodoli Stairs to bypass the huge coastal rock wall in order to get to the other side of the coast.

To cater for the convenience and safety of the residents/visitors, particularly the elderly, the local government initiated an excavation project to drill a 70m long tunnel through the rock wall. The tunnel is named Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel and has since turned into a successful tourist attraction as well.

There are several photo zones at Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel. The most popular spot is to pose at the tunnel's entrance with the ocean and city skyline in the backdrop. At times, you can see people queuing in line waiting for their turn.

With the charms of Huinnyeoul Culture Village, combined with the scenic Jeoryeong Coastal Walk, Jeoryeong Haerang-Gil Walk and the mysterious Huinnyeoul Coastal Tunnel, this is definitely a worthy travel destination on your holiday to Busan.
